Swimming at Empire Beach

Empire Beach was wonderful! The water was fairly warm and the beach was great for sandcastles. After we played in the water we headed over to the sand covered park and played there. When the girls started complaining about being itchy from sand we headed back to camp for dinner and showers.

We all took showers but it took some work to get all that sand from all the nooks and crannies!!
