Yep, it is our second visit to the Gust Brothers Farm - we were hoping for a warm day but we got a cold and rainy day. It did not matter - we were determined to go so we bundled up and went! It was fabulous even with the the muddy ground. The kids were truly so happy to be there! Morgan took some great pictures of the kids - I have to admit farms and pumpkins are my favorite backdrops for pictures! The kids were so happy to be with our friends the Empies & the Pedersons. It was a little crazy with all of them together but it was great!
Every year when we come to Gust Farms, Manhattan gravitates to snuggle the bunnies. They are the only animals that she is not allergic to - it is kind of sad - she loves them so much but there is no way for us to bring one home. Someday, maybe. All the kids love the bunnies - they are all so snuggly to hold and tolerant of my kids loving them! We love that Gust is a working farm - we get to feed the cows, pet the sheep, see the baby pigs, and new chicks! It is wonderful!
While we were there, we saw a beautiful double rainbow! Morgan grabbed this great picture of it!
Maxwell and I will be back again in a few days for his preschool field trip - we love GUST!
