Put your shoulder to your wheel!

We stayed the night in Provo and hit the BYU bookstore for some shopping  We could have been in the bookstore section forever!  We settled for getting everyone a BYU shirt, having lunch, and getting on the road!  It was a long empty drive to Wyoming but we did find a rest stop with these cool log horses - a great stop in a long drive!  We finally made it to Alcova just an hour from the closing time of the Martin Cove Visitors Center.  We did a quick tour and got to pull some handcarts in the "little loop" in front!  The real hike is hours long!  We would really like to come back for that - it seems hard and long but I knew we could do it - another stop next time we make the journey!  The worst part was the massive amount of mosquitos, my goodness they were horrid!  Never again will be stop there even for a minute without lathering up the bug spray - itchy!!

We left as they were closing and headed a little farther on our trip to Casper, WY to the worst hotel of our stay (it wasn't that bad but it was bad).  Everyone was nice but I could not wait to get out of the there the next morning and head to Rapid City!!
