We really know how to ring in the New Year!
We stayed up until midnight just barely watching National Treasure and having a little chocolate fondue!! When it hit midnight we banged out pots and pans but not loud enough to wake Marin & Maxwell. You can see how enthusiastic we all were in above pic!
The New Year rang in with Grandma very sick with the stomach flu (probably the same one the girls had last week) and Grandpa getting sick not far behind! Needless to say - it was a rough start for the new year for them! Marin did not really get why she could not climb all over and tickle them - she hated that they could not play with her!
Only a day and a half left until they have to fly home - I am praying they feel better!! We have had so much fun having Hattie home for Christmas break and Grandpa & Grandma here! I am sure that we will start the countdown to us flying there at the end of March tomorrow night!
