It was so hard to say goodbye to all the cousins! Our kids had the best time sleeping over at the Tafuas all week - partying all night - and sleeping all together! Maxwell and Marin especially loved having their "first sleepovers"! They were really sad to leave them. It helped a little that Brickmann, Iken, Kaiya, and Harper were leaving to head back to SLC at the same time .
We had not told them where we were going when we left Yuba City we had kind of alluded to the fact that we would be just sightseeing in California and they assumed we meant San Francisco. Keeping this secret from them was almost impossible for me - I was so excited!
