Every year for 11 years we have enjoyed the cheesy but yummy MacQueen's Apple Butter Stir and Festival! This year we had about 50 ward friends join us - so fun! It was super cold - you never know some years we wear shorts and some years we have hats and gloves!
We started the morning with a walk through the apple orchard - every kid picked an apple! Marin, Maxwell & Felicity ate them right after we paid for them! So fun! We had Drew and Reed with us which made for even more fun! We wandered into the barn to purchase our favorite apple cider donuts and with our friends we burned through two dozen in a blink of an eye!
It was pretty cold and we were all ready to go - we stopped by the animals - goats, bunnies, and even baby skunks - stinky!! They were super cute though! We ran home to get home just in time for the morning session of Saturday General Conference! Yeah! After dinner that night we enjoyed the yummy apple pie - which is frankly my favorite part!! Yummy!
