One of the best parts of summer is STRAWBERRIES! This year we went with some friends to a U-Pick patch - it was a lot of fun! In less than an hour we came, we picked & ate, loaded back in the car, paid for our 11 lbs of strawberries and headed off to the park.
I may have to take the kids back next week to get more! Out of 11 lbs - we gave some to Lauren's family, our friend Carol, made a strawberry pie, ate some - we are only left with 20 small strawberries for tomorrow!
Oh well - maybe we will have to go back!
