We were hit with a really good snow this week! Every year it seems bigger than the last snow but no it was just about what we had last year! It was really fun that school was canceled before the snow even started and then canceled for the next day before we even went to bed! That always adds to the fun when you know you don't have to rock n roll the kids the next morning!
Yesterday the girls all played in our yard - the snow just kept falling all day! Maxwell & I ventured out just long enough to see the snowman and then we ran back in to stay warm! The girls could stay out there forever - it amazes me! They did quickly drink down some yummy hot cocoa and marshmallows or farshfellows as Marin calls them!
This morning we headed over to Ottawa Park (behind Toledo Hospital) for some sledding! It was still pretty cold and a bit windy - Marin lasted about an hour and then she said she was done. We kept Maxwell really bundled - it was pretty chilly for him. So after the sledding we headed home to have some hot cocoa and warm soup! Yummy!
