Uncle Morgan, our family activity planner, found this short hike and geo-cache and decided to take the girls. Morgan decided to have the girls do hobo lunches! The girls were so excited - it was so funny!
We started the hike around 11 am with Uncle Morgan explained a warning about cougars - I thought he was just trying to scare them but we later saw the warning signs poster! Thank heavens we saw no cougars around!!
The girls did get tired of carrying their poles on their shoulders but they made the 1 mile hike up with no problem. We had lunch, found the well hidden geo-cache, and used their poles as walking sticks on the way home!
I have a feeling this will be requested next time we get together - the girls loved it!!
